Les présentes conditions régissent votre utilisation de l'application Fridgego (suivi des dates de péremption). En installant ou en utilisant l'application, vous acceptez ces conditions.

Utilisation de l'application

Fridgego vous est concédée sous licence personnelle, non exclusive et non transférable, pour un usage privé. Vous vous engagez à ne pas détourner, décompiler ou utiliser l'application à des fins illégales.

Abonnement Fridgego Premium

Fridgego est gratuite. Une option d'abonnement facultative, Fridgego Premium, débloque l'estimation par IA en ligne des dates de péremption.

• Formules : mensuelle ou annuelle, auto-renouvelables.
• Prix : affiché dans l'application et sur l'App Store (peut varier selon la région).
• Essai gratuit : 7 jours. Sans annulation avant la fin de l'essai, il se transforme en abonnement payant.
• Renouvellement : automatique, sauf désactivation au moins 24 h avant la fin de la période en cours.
• Paiement : débité de votre compte Apple ID à la confirmation de l'achat, puis à chaque renouvellement.
• Gestion / résiliation : à tout moment dans les réglages de votre compte App Store. La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours.

Avertissement important

Les dates de péremption estimées par Fridgego (localement ou par IA) sont indicatives. Elles ne remplacent pas la date imprimée sur l'emballage, ni votre propre jugement, ni les recommandations des autorités sanitaires. Fridgego ne peut être tenue responsable d'une consommation d'aliments avariés.

Propriété intellectuelle

L'application, son nom, son logo et son contenu sont protégés. Aucune reproduction n'est autorisée sans accord.

Responsabilité

L'application est fournie « en l'état ». Dans les limites permises par la loi, l'éditeur décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages indirects liés à son utilisation.

Modifications

Ces conditions peuvent être mises à jour ; la date en haut de page indique la dernière version.

Droit applicable

Les présentes conditions sont soumises au droit suisse.

These terms govern your use of the Fridgego app (expiry-date tracking). By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.

Publisher

The app is published by NetVD (Switzerland). Contact: hello@fridgego.com.

Use of the app

Fridgego is licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for private use. You agree not to misuse, decompile or use the app for unlawful purposes.

Fridgego Premium subscription

Fridgego is free. An optional subscription, Fridgego Premium, unlocks online AI estimation of expiry dates.

• Plans: monthly or yearly, auto-renewable.
• Price: shown in the app and on the App Store (may vary by region).
• Free trial: 7 days. Unless cancelled before it ends, it converts into a paid subscription.
• Renewal: automatic, unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
• Manage / cancel: anytime in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Important disclaimer

Expiry dates estimated by Fridgego (locally or by AI) are indicative. They do not replace the date printed on the packaging, your own judgment, or the recommendations of health authorities. Fridgego cannot be held liable for the consumption of spoiled food.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo and content are protected. No reproduction is allowed without consent.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims liability for indirect damages arising from its use.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page indicates the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
